My counselling approach is relational, holistic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen. I support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, low self-worth, identity exploration, and the emotional impact of chronic or invisible health conditions. Many of the folks I work with are women, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those moving through life transitions that feel both tender and disorienting.

With a background in holistic nutrition, I bring a body-aware, whole-person lens to the therapy space. I am interested in how the relational, cultural, and physical systems we live within shape the way we cope, disconnect, and try to stay safe. I do not offer dietary advice, but I do explore with clients how fatigue, burnout, hormonal shifts, and nourishment impact their emotional and mental health. Together, we pay attention to what your body is telling you and explore practices that can help restore balance and clarity.

As a counsellor, I bring a steady, thoughtful presence into the room. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I do not rush the process or try to make meaning too quickly. Instead, I aim to offer a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged—where your story is met with care, and your pace is respected. If you are seeking a space to reconnect with yourself, to be met in your complexity, and to begin healing in a way that feels aligned with your values, I would be honoured to work with you.
